 What you need to do and how to make a booking

Please feel free to call or email me to arrange a free consultation.  I feel that it is very important for both of you and me, that when you choose a celebrant it is someone who you can communicate with and feel confident with to plan your wedding ceremony, the way you want it to be.  Before committing to book my services I can meet you at my home, your home at another chosen venue at a convenient time for both of us.

  

How do you make a booking

When we meet we will dicuss all your needs and wishes for your ceremony, I will then be able to give you a confirmed fee for my services.

All you have to do to confirm a booking is to pay a booking fee of $200.00 (non refundable) That date is then locked in. The booking fee is then deducted from your final payment.

 What is the next step?

You will need to fill out a NOIM (Notice of Intent to Marriage) form.  I can provide you with this ,or one can be downloaded from the government website.  ( www.ag.gov.au/celebrants )This must be done no more than 18 months before the date of the wedding and at least one calendar month and one day before the wedding.

 

 

I will provide for you

I will provide a personally written ceremony, as individual as you. I ensure that this complies with the Marriage Act with regards to the legal wording which MUST be included in all weddings.  There are no two weddings the same.  You may have as much input into the ceremony as you wish.

Preparation of all documents prior, during and after the ceremony.

Unlimited access via phone and email.  Usually two meetings prior to the wedding, however I am happy to meet more than this if you require.

A rehearsal at the wedding location if convenient.

I am able to travel to any location at any time of the day or evening.  If the location is more than 100k from my base there may be additional travel expenses incurred

I will be at the wedding ceremony location at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to ensure that  everything and everyone is ready .

I have a PA system which ensures all guests can hear the ceremony.

I am able to provide a clothed table and chairs for signing.

You will be given a printed presentation copy of your ceremony.

I will lodge all documents with Births Deaths and Marriages Dept.
